Legal News You Can Use

December 21, 2006 - Restrictions placed on Ketek!

Ketek is an antibiotic used to treat respiratory infections. The drug has been linked to cases of sudden liver failure. As a result, the FDA has been strongly urged by Government medical advisors to issue strict restrictions and cautions to doctors for its use for pneumonia patients. In addition, it has been recommended that approval should be withdrawn for use as treatment for sinusitis and bronchitis! We recommend that if you have been prescribed this medication that you discuss your concerns with your doctor!

If you any legal questions or believe you may have suffered an injury due to taking Ketek, please contact Michael Feldman, who leads the mass tort section of our firm.
