Car Accidents

What Will We Do To Assist You With your Car Accident Case?

First of all, and most important, we will listen to you.   We believe that your initial interview should, in almost all circumstances, be conducted by an attorney.   After obtaining relevant information we will advise you as to the relevant law, damages you may be entitled to collect and any problems that we see at that point.

After you leave, your case will be assigned to a paralegal who will assist the attorney in obtaining the information necessary to prosecute your case.   We will:

  • Obtain police reports
  • Get witness statements as necessary
  • Obtain your medical records, bills and lost wage information
  • Contact the defendant's insurance company
  • Assist you with your PIP and property damage claim as necessary
  • Consider the need to hire any experts required to prove your case, such as an accident reconstruction expert
  • Attempt to facilitate settlement of the case
  • File suit if necessary and vigorously go to trial if an acceptable settlement to you cannot be obtained
