Lawrence Vincent
Lawrence Vincent is a 1965 Graduate of Loyola College and the University of Baltimore Law School in 1977. He was employed by the Metal Products Division of Koppers Co. Inc. from 1965 to 1979. He served in the Human Resources Department responsible for training and employment activities. 
He entered the private practice of law from 1979 till appointed Worker’s Compensation Commissioner in 1996. Lawrence retired from that position in 2006 and returned to the practice of law. He is the Past President of the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission and is currently serving as a Director Emeritus of the MWCEA He is also Board member of Kid’s Chance of Maryland, Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) and the Maryland Civic Justice Corps (CJC).
