David received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. He joined Berman, Sobin & Gross, LLP in 1997 and became a partner on January 1, 2004.

David is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. In addition to personal injury and workers' compensation, David concentrates in Social Security Disability law and works closely with labor organizations for County governments.
